At BG Strata Advisory, we only accept engagements from bodies corporate and apartment/townhouse owners (including strata industry associations that represent the interests of lot owners to government). This means we do not have perceived conflicts of interest by also providing services to strata management companies, building management (caretaking) companies, or developers.
